AO Scan for Breast Cancer Recovery
Please note this program is for women who have completed active treatment of surgery, radiation and or chemo therapy.
The program offers one set of 15 frequencies sent daily, in the morning, for 2 weeks (Monday – Friday). Each frequency is sent for 2 minutes with a total of 30 minutes. No frequencies on the weekends to allow integration of changes.
Includes 2 – 45 minute live zoom meetings offering Heartmath Breathing and other techniques that you can use on your own when needed for reducing anxiety and creating calm. These sessions will be on Wednesday at noon, recordings will be available.
